Hello ;)
Is it posibble to add this field in agent interface? When I'm scrolling my tickets?

Thought it was there by default...

You can have a look at the config for that field in Ticket -> Frontend::Agent.

In Ticket -> Frontend::Agent. I can't see anything what will help in this case :( any ideas? I want to see 'Accounted time' in ticket list is it possible?

My bad. I read it wrong. Thought you meant in the ticket creation or updates.

I tried adding "AccountedTime" field in the Sysconfig Ticket -> Frontend::Agent::Dashboard and its not working so either its the wrong field name or it aint implemented.

You could have a look at that addon https://www.cape-it.de/en/products/otrs ... nting.html maybe its something that would ease your pain.

Else than that, I remember seeing somewhere that there are some places that time accounting is disabled cause in Germany the link between accounted time and a specified worker is forbidden so its disabled in config but cant find the place where it is anymore.
