Decision and Review Required

Hello guys,

Can anyone help me understand the use of this two functions?

1. The field "Review required" when replaying to a ticket.

2. The button "Decision" in the menu bar with the values Approved, Pending, Postponed, Pre-approved and Rejected.

Hi,

these are values for storing information and building easy workflows. They are generated if you install ITSM modules.

The fields alone do not provide any function. It is information only.
