umlaut-problem (ä, ö and ü)

I changed "Ticket lock" to "Ticket übernehmen" in the translation-file.

Now I've the problem, that it can't display the Ü, now it looks so:

I don't know hwo I can change that...

Do you have:

use utf8;
in your translation file ?
Currently using: OTRS 6.0.14 -- MariaDB -- Ubuntu 16 LTS
