Can i add customer via CLI od mysql ? I ask becouse i do this but i have sometimes delay to see customer in customerlist loged to adm panel.

I add users by mysql but after cgi script ,i discover that good thing is run
$OTRS_HOME/bin/DeleteCache.pl.
