Hi!

Im having issues with emails from a company gmail domain, i already check the notifications (Daemon::SchedulerTaskWorker) the mail in there is root@localhost (default), every 10-15 minutes a new ticket is created with the subject Delivery Status Notification (Delay) / Delivery Status Notification (Failed) with this body:

I know it's an error, but i can't fix it and a lot of new tickets are open beacuse of this. I've tried change the mail roo@localhost but the result is the same. All the notifications are working perfect. ¿Can you help me to fix this?

El correo configurado en el OTRS funciona sin problemas para abrir tickets y enviar notificaciones, es sólo este error que no he logrado resolver.

You'll need to figure out the sender and recipient and make sure no notifications or autoreplies are ending up in your ticket queue email address.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

Thanks for your reply. I couldn't find which address is generating this error so i filter the mails when they enter into the the otrs mailbox (gmail), at least the dont generate new tickets doing this.
