Apache Server stürzt sporalisch ab!

Hallo lieber User.

Ich habe jetzt schon den halben Tag gegooglet und im Forum geschaut und meine Fehlerbeschreibung auch schon des öffteren gefudnen. Doch leider keine Lösung. Viele einträge waren auch schon im Jahr 2007 verfasst worden.

Ich lasse Otrs auf einen Win XP PC local laufen. Es funktioniert soweit alles wunderbar. Nur ab und zu verursacht Apache bei Windows ein fehler. Dann habe ich nur die möglichkeit das Problem Windows zu senden oder nicht.

In der Fehler log steht folgendes:

Hat jemand eine Ahnung was "status 3221225477" bedeutet? Ich habe gelesen das der Fehler oft von falschen PHP Scripten verursacht wird. So wet ich weiss arbeitet OTRS aber nur via Perl oder nicht?

Weiter habe ich gelesen das dieser Fehler bei OTRS durch überlasstung des

MaxRequestsPerChild

ist. Dies hat bei mir allerding den wert 0, was unendlichen Zugriff bedeutet.

Was mir auch schon merkwürdig vorkommt ist das ich diesen wert in meiner httpd.conf nicht drin habe sondern nur in der Datei httpd-mpm.conf
Und in der letzteren Datei gibt es diese einstellung unter verschiedenen Modulen einstellbar. Und zwar:

Welches ist dort für mich relevant?

bei mir taucht derselbe Fehler auch auf, deshalb wollte ich fragen ob Du hierfür schon eine Lösung hast.

Im zugehörigen Apache access.log finde ich zu diesem Zeitpunkt nur diesen Eintrag:

Der Parameter maxRequestsperChild steht bei mir auf 400 und wird über die Datei D:/Programme/OTRS/otrs/scripts/apache2-httpd-new.include.conf angezogen. Aber auch dieser Wert dürfte nicht überschritten werden, da auf dem System max. 40 User arbeiten und zum Fehlerzeitpunkt grade mal 3 Aktiv waren.


Das Problem mit dem favicon.ico hatte ich ursprünglich auch, das habe ich so gelöst dass ich die im Anhang befindliche Datei in das Verzeichnis
D:\Programme\OTRS\Apache2\htdocs kopiert habe.

Welche OTRS Version wird bei Dir eingesetzt?
