Ticket Event external Query

Hi All,

I really need some help here.
I want to trigger an SQL-query on an external database. (On TicketCreate)

So: When I create/recieve a new ticket (This is in OTRS an event, right?) I want to run a script that calls an external SQL-query.
In this query I need the CustomerID and TicketID from OTRS, thats it.
What the SQL-query does in my (non-OTRS)-database isn't important, right?

Please help me.
