Add new widget on Dashboard for Owners

Hi,

I am using OTRS 3.3.12 windows. I want to create a new widget on Dashboard which will show all the assigned tickets to a user. If user is assigned as a owner then the tickets should be visible that new widget. It might be possible that ticket is not locked by the owner, still he should be able to see. Please let me know how should I proceed as I don't have any idea about adding new widget to dashboard?
