How do I update the date standard for Australian date standard. Our OTRS is set to US standard.

switch language to English UK (European Date format)
"Production": OTRS™ 8, OTRS™ 7, STORM powered by OTRS
"Testing": ((OTRS Community Edition)) and git Master
