Problem in the Status view section of Ticket menu

Hello partners. How are you?

I got a problem in the Status view section of Ticket menu, the items to change page and resize the display ticket stopped working.
Besides that instead of appearing an L (large) a second S appears.

If anyone knows how it colud be solve, I´ll greatly appreciate it.

Hi,

what did you change? It does not happen without any changes.

Checked your sysconfig settings?


and you should update to latest version

That's a know bug with the CSS class for this. Upgrade to the latest patchlevel.

That happen without any change, we try to not touch production.

And can u tell me in which part of SysConf I can see this.

As I mentioned this is a bug. There's a problem with the CSS class.

Check out in the SysConfig Tickt::Frontend::Overview###Preview. I guess the value for the key Name is Large? Try Preview as the new value.
