Disabling Choosing Main Queue in Customer Portal

I have created a main queue and 3 sub queues under it but i don't want the user to be able to choose the main queue, it that possible, if yes then how?

Check the SysConfig option CustomerPanelOwnSelection

Key is the queue name, content what should be displayed to the customer. Another option: use an ACL
