ZNUNY CTI CISCO CALLMANAGER/CUCM INTERGRATION

Post by JojoModjo »

Hi Good People,

I have just installed ZNUNY CTI module package now i am clueless on how i can integrate my OTRS and CISCO systems, so that whenever a call comes in it automatically launches an OTRS windows with call details. Can anyone give me any pointers?
We are currently using Cisco Call Manager 11.5 and UCCX 11.5 and OTRS 5.014.

Well this will work, you have to configure your client to open the OTRS URL with the CLIP of the caller. And make sure that the CLIP is searchable via your CustomerUser configuration.

Simply search for a number which is shown on your phone's display when you were called. Everything else needs more details how your CustomerUser configuration. Internal database, external, Active Directory,.. This is sth. you should know.
