With a new, from source, OTRS 5.0.15 installation, I can't seem to get the web installer up and running. It says, when I fill in the IP for localhost, that it can't find the file (/otrs/installer.pl) or that it has no rights to connect to it. I used Debian for the installation, CentOS didn't work for me at all.
When I replace the localhost IP with the IP of the server itself, it still gives the same error: it can't find the installer.pl file. I thought to myself, what could it be, and figured out that it has something to do with user rights.
Do you guys have a solution for this problem? I like to hear from you soon
