After upgrading to 5.0.16, CustomerID is blank in Ticket information frame. I have two OTRS instances, same issue.

Can you please advice?

Well... how was the ticket created? Does the ticket have a customeruser assigned which is valid in your backend?
Currently using: OTRS 6.0.14 -- MariaDB -- Ubuntu 16 LTS

Our tickets are created via POP3 emails. In 5.0.13 (from which we have upgraded today) we could click on the customer ID in the right when zooming a ticket and see the full ticket history of that client in DB.

Customers are not created in the DB.

I am searching for a way to do this in 5.0.16.

Guys, any ideas?

In OTRS demo available on otrs.com this field is also empty. How can my agents find fast all the tickets of one client?
