Hello,
problem i have faced
so i have an easy process flow - customer (hr) sends info though easy form - name, department, location (dropdown)
i have created an even notification - TicketCreate + location=JC - this one works, sends email and everyhting is ok
but when I try any other event it just does not work...
could you please help to understand how it works?

i tried TicketCustomerUpdate and TIcketPriorityUpdate (being logged in as cusotmer and from cusotmer's interface) - my test email was not sent when these events were involved
I understand that i may do smth wrong, maybe you can tell me where Im doing a mistake or maybe you can share some manual for exact event notifications...

this is the even which works - TicketCreate + several filters based on my process form (i have tested it and when I select smth else not mentioned if this even notification settings - it does not work)

Hi,
You talking about the event TicketCustomerUpdate and using the customer interface. The TicketCustomerUpdate is thrown when an agent update the customer user of a ticket. There's no action in the customer interface which triggers this event.
