I've just provisioned a Calendar from OTRSAppointmentCalendar 5.0.2 package.
I want to auto creation an appointment when:
1. User create an event (meeting) from email client (outlook, thunderbird...) and invite an agent (send email to agent's email and collect by OTRS).
I think i can auto import attachment .ics, but can't find any keys to do.
OR
2. User send an email to OTRS (normal email). I try use postmaster filter but unluck
Does anyone have some tips for helping me.
