HTML Tags in OTRS_CUSTOMER_BODY

Hi

I have tried to search, but cannot find a solution. In the Auto-reply template I have added <OTRS_CUSTOMER_BODY[10]> to quote the first 10 lines of the original customer email in the auto-reply back to the customer. The quote is sent as html tags.

Running on OTRS Free 6.0.10. Old system that has been upgraded from 3.x, so it might be some old "fun" causing this. But I cannot find it. :)

Can anyone help?

Additional discoveries:

It seems this behaviour is only with mail from Exchange/Outlook. HTML mail from Gmail works just fine.

The HTML creted by Outlook (word as editor) is not valid.
"Production": OTRS™ 8, OTRS™ 7, STORM powered by OTRS
"Testing": ((OTRS Community Edition)) and git Master
