Hi there!
I would like to upgrade my OTRS 4 (latest patch level) to OTRS 5. Im currently using Debian 7.11. Searched a lot, but I didnt find the correct answer for which Debian version should I use. So, can I upgrade it from 4 to 5, and stay on Debian 7.11 wheezy? Or I should update OS first?

Hi,
I recommend updating the OS first. And you should go straight ahead to OTRS 6. Perform a test migration first.

I dont think that OTRS 4 would work after Debian update...So maybe I just upgrade to OTRS 5, then Debian update to latest, then OTRS 6
