Is there a way to disable certain email addresses not to receive the auto response?

Use Postmaster filter and set x-otrs-loop 1
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

Hi,

there is actually a sysconfig setting for this. Somewhere in Core Postmaster.
