[SOLVED] bulk update unwanted changes queue

Hi all,
We have a problem on our instance while updating multiple tickets with the bulk action.
I select one or more tickets > click on the bulk link.

The bulk window appears with the queue field empty

If I change the Next state, the owner or the priority field, automatically the Queue field is set to a queue (which is not the current queue of the modified ticket(s).

it is quite annoying, we regularly have tickets changing queues if the agent does not take care..
any idea why this behaviour happens?
I searched fork bulk and queue in the config but does not find anything relevant I guess...

Hi,

I suggest upgrading to the latest patch level. There is a bug in your version (6.0.14) which was fixed in 6.0.15 (https://bugs.otrs.org/show_bug.cgi?id=14226).
