How do I allow an agent to view dynamic fields inside a ticket?

I have created a process with some dynamic fields. When I create a new process ticket on the agent interface, and submit it, a new ticket is created in the system but none of the data that was filled out is displayed.

So, as a comparison, my ticket looks like this:

No data is shown under Process Information.

I want it to look like this, where you can see the process ticket data submitted by the agent:

Can anyone help me please and tell me what I need to do to fix this and make my dynamic fields appear the same way?
