Hi, i have install otrs last version on debian server (also last version) well i see that when a customer send me a email my system receive the email and send the autoresponse but when i see the email this arriavl in the SPAM folder
Then when i try send a email from the Admin Notify i can receive in my mailbox and all is good and appear my spf, dkim and dmarc register.
Please someone can tell me how i can make for the otrs send email with my registers dns, my flow of send is otrs --> zimbra --> antispam --> [internet] please help me.

OTRS is using the same settings for e-mailing for both functions. Per default aut replies are send with an empty sender (like a bounce). You can set an envelope header via sysconfig if needed as your email system does behave strangly here.

Hi jojo, i follow you recommendation and i put a email address in SendmailNotificationEnvelopeFrom in SystemConfiguration then i probe send a email from gmail but now not send a email of autoresponse.

Hi jojo sorry for the delay of my response, well i re-install all and my autoresponse and all system is good but i see that when a customer send a email the system this response with a autoresponse but in the client arrive in SPAM folder
When the agent take the case and send a email this appear correctly and appear directly in INBOX folder
How i can make for this autoresponse arrive directly to INBOX folder.
