Hello @all,
im an absolute newbie with postmaster-filtering. And ... how else can it be, i didn't find some useful information via google or this forum regarding my idea after searching for hours now. Maybe the one or the other of you can point me in a proper direction.
I simply want to sort incoming NEW tickets in between 08:00 and 16:00 into a special queue (which is already existing).
I had the idea of postmaster-filter, but i dont know exactly how to filter the time of an incoming mail.
Does someone have an idea, how i can solve this? Im using OTRS 6 Community edition.
Thanks alot in advance.
Daniel
Filter incoming mails by time and sort into queue

Re: Filter incoming mails by time and sort into queue
thats not possible out of the box via postmaster filters. You can try:
- time based preprocessing on the linux server e.g. via cron and procmail
- generic agent
