I'm trying to create a report, that shows the amount of created tickets over the last month. However, when doing so, I also notice that there are tickets created during the weekend, which is generally not the case in our situation. As a result of this, I tried tampering with the filter applied (applying different queue filters), but to my surprise, the results stay the same. It seems as if the filter is not applied.

Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong, or why it seems like the filters are not applied?
