Hello guys!
How can I change the order of fields when opening calls in Customer?
I added a dynamic field, but it was the last option, I would like to leave it above the "TEXT".
At the moment the order is like this:
1- TO
2- SERVICES
3- SUBJECT
4- TEXT
5- ATTACHMENT
6- PRIORITY
7- MY DYNAMIC FIELD
I would like to place the dynamic field (7) in third place, just below services.

There is no 'easy' way to do that. You can either change the template file or write your own JavaScript that moves the field on page load.
