Standard-OTRS-Konten leer, ist es möglich, die E-Mail erhalten, löschen und nach 3 Tagen ohne Duplikate ?

E-Mails will be fetched completely.

Perhaps you should try the otrs Mailinglist in English (lists.otrs.org)
"Production": OTRS™ 8, OTRS™ 7, STORM powered by OTRS
"Testing": ((OTRS Community Edition)) and git Master
