Hello,

I've added a new service but I can't display it in the various OTRS screens.

Can you please help me?

Hi,

A service needs to be assigned to a customer user or configured as a default service.

Hello Roy,

OK thanks, And in the case where the ticket is created with a user not declared on OTRS, the service is not offered on the list.
My example is that the ticket arrived by email, the user is not set to OTRS and I wanted to modify the default service to put this new service. But I can't find it.

Hi,

There is a setting for everything (nearly). Check the system configuration Ticket::Service::Default::UnknownCustomer
