M365 login for agents and customers

Hi znunyers,

has anyone ever set up Znuny to login agents and customers by Entra ID directly?
There are customers who don‘t have an Active Directory set up locally, they are working directly with M365-logins via Entra ID.

May someone (who has set this up running) share his Config.pm for AuthModule and AuthSyncModule to connect to M365 directly?

Hi,

With EntraID, it will probably be SAML and the AuthModule is then HTTPBasicAuth. There is no AuthSync free available, there is one for agents for Znuny customers. And autocreate for customer user is in the "pipeline".
