Best practice with znuny 7.x and templates with tt code?

Hi there,

i want to use tt snippets in my templates. It works well UNTIL someone reopens the template file again.
In that case the tt snippet code gets replaced into html syntax or deleted at all and the tt code is vanished or causes a error on the template usage.

Is there a best practice to use tt inside templates and how to maintain them, that power users can also get access to the templates?
Means i require that my tt code stays untouched or highlighted in a way, that the power users know "do not touch it"

Hi,

I don't understand what you are doing. Could you post some screenshots to help us understand whats happeing.
Right now I'm probably confused with our templates and *.tt files
