Assistance Needed: Exporting Customers & Users from Znuny 6.5 to 7.0 and Logo Size Adjustment

I need your assistance with the following for our Znuny environments:

We are currently using Znuny 6.5 for support and have deployed Znuny 7 for internal use. I would like to export Customers and Customer Users from Znuny 6.5 and import them into Znuny 7, so that both servers have the same data.

Is it possible to simply export the relevant tables from the Znuny 6.5 database and import them into the new Znuny database?
Will this method work for synchronizing the customer data between both servers, or is there a recommended approach for this migration?

Additionally, I have added our company logo to the new Znuny 7 instance login page, but it appears very small. Could you please advise on how to increase the logo size and where this setting can be modified?

why do you not clone your environment and execute a upgrade?
Simply disable the smtp and the fetching of mails.

How to ensure that the services are disable for mail you can find in a article if you google for "prepare upgrade znuny". Where is described what to execute and which services to disable. So you will have your full "current" data to test.

I needed assistance on exporting customers & users from Znuny 6.5 to 7 mainly. I want to export the list of customers and customer users from Znuny 6.5 and import them into Znuny 7 so that both servers have the same data. Which is very crucial for the working of my team.

I don't understand how upgrading the system will help me with that.

Secondly, the logo is functioning on the old Znuny (6.5) perfectly. The issue is with the new one only. And let me tell you the new one is freshly deployed one, not upgraded from the old.

Please help me on both cases.

Hi,

You can use mysqldump and mysql to export and import the data. If you haven't customized the tables or use custom tables then the relevant tables are customer_user and customer_company. There is no schema difference between the 6.5 and 7.0 regarding these tables.
