Hello community,
The OAuth token expired and needs to be refreshed. It used to work without issues until recently. It started to throw the following message recently:
I'd love to see the error details in the grayed-out area but I cannot dismiss the white foreground message to access it. My only option is to reload the page in an endless loop.
The server has been behind an Azure Web Application Firewall (no ports need to be open on the local firewall) for over a year and it worked perfectly without any issues, including token refresh. Accessing the server via the Azure WAF works well, so I doubt that is the problem. I am on Znuny 7.1, no updates/upgrades since the time it still worked. Also tried in incognito browser as suggested in an older thread.
From the same network I can successfully access my Exchange Online work mailbox and have no other access issues to any of the M365/Azure services. Logging on to the Znuny mailbox via a web browser (Outlook on the Web) also works flawlessly.
Contrary to what the message says, there is nothing to indicate a network issue.
Would anyone have a clue what might be the problem?
Thank you.

Hi,
The error might be visible with the OAuth2 configuration if your system is up-to-date. Have you checked the application log?

Thank you Roy, good point. I see the following error in the system log:
Znuny used to bring up an interactive GUI logon page that prompted for credential input. That UI no loner appears. I get the error in the first post instead. My default browser is Chrome.
Here is a more complete sequence of log entries:
Where should I look?

Hi,
Probably your secret has expired. Check this in the Azure portal.
