More upgrade problems...

Post by gob »

Hi

Just trying to upgrade from 7.1.2 to 7.2.1
I get the following when running the Migration script at updating the DB (step 7 of 24):

Code: Select all

Can't use an undefined value as a HASH reference at /opt/znuny-7.2.1/Kernel/System/CommunicationChannel.pm line 475, <> line 3.
Installing from source on Debian 12
My understanding is that I can upgrade from any 7.1.x version to 7.2.1? (v7.2 is not available due to a bug I believe).

Any suggestions?
thanks.

Hi,

did you solved this issue? I have the same issue with upgrading from 7.1.7 to 7.2.1 "Update Znuny 7.1.7 zu 7.2.1 MigrateToZnuny7_2.pl schlägt fehl".

Also I get the same issue upgrading from 7.1.7 to 7.2.3.

It seems to be a problem with creating the "article_color" table. Before the migration script fails, it creates the table. Running the migration script again, it runs without failing at this point.

I found an issue on github where this error message is referenced: Bug - Could not set article color (v7.2.1).

Best regards
