New ticket email change the subject line according to the selected template

When the agent creates a ticket, I would like to fill in the subject field according to the selected template. (/znuny/index.pl?Action=AdminTemplate;Subaction=Change;ID=5)
I've been searching for this for two days and found similar topics, but the links are broken.
If anyone can guide me or point me to a complete solution that does this, I would be grateful.

My system is on the latest version 7.2.3
