Hello everyone,

I am pleased to introduce my first open-source add-on for Znuny: Checklist - a complete checklist management for tickets.

What does the add-on do?

With the Checklist Add-on you can:

- Create and manage checklist templates
- Assign to queues - restrict where checklists can be used
- Use different item types (Checkbox, Status dropdown, Measurements, Star rating)
- Define mandatory fields - Ticket can only be closed when all are completed
- Add comments to items
- Add documentation links
- Import/Export via XML files
- Process Management - automatic assignment via TransitionAction

- Sidebar widget in Ticket Zoom
- Dedicated view for editing
- Inheritance to sub-queues
- ACL-based close lock for mandatory items
- Traceability in ticket history: Who completed what and when?
- Fully translated (DE/EN)
