we have some tickets with hundreds of articles, making the ticket quite big....Yes I know it is not a best practice......
does znuny have an option to decide wether or not to include all the email conversation in the agent answer?

Hi,
please check SysConfig „Ticket::Frontend::ResponseFormat“ for that.
There you can update the response format, i.e. remove what you don‘t want to have.
Note: changing this will change the behaviour globally.
