Hola, estoy usando znuny 6.5.9 y tengo una pregunta rápida.
Tengo agentes en diferentes países de Centroamérica y México, etc., necesito identificar los boletos por país, por ejemplo:
Guatemala
GT + número de billete
Salvador
SV + número de billete
México
MX * número de billete
¿Es posible configurarlo?
¿Cómo hacerlo?
agregar sere o codigo de pais al numero de ticket
