Hello,
I'm testing integration with AD. I have created a test customer user, I can log in to customer portal and create a ticket but I cannot see that customer user in the admin interface. I can see only 'Database backend' - there is no 'Active Directory' backend to choose. Of cource I can see that created ticket by that customer user.
I don't know if that matters, but i didn't create a customer - only a customer user.
There are no errors in system log.
Can I ask for some help/advice in that matter? I'd like to see all customer users in admin interface.
PS I'm testing those features on newerst version 7.2.3
AD/LDAP customer can log in and make ticket but is not visible in admin interface

Hi,
Do have configured the LDAP (Active Directory) backend in Kernel/Config.pm? If yes please share the file here. Please redact details like passwords and domain name.
