Hi all,
I'm trying the following but i find Dynamic fields and other options rather confusing.
We have multiple Queue's and there is one queue where i want to be able to differentiate between types like : "issues, projects, . . ."
The tickets in that queue need to have a default type but i want to be able to change its type in the ticket overview page of that Queue.
Whats the best way to do it and how should i do this?
