Hello. I’ve been managing a Znuny instance for the past 8 months for a team of about 20 people, and we’re having a recurring issue with calendars. We use Google Calendar on the agent side, and we’d like appointments created in Znuny to automatically sync back there… and vice versa. I’ve looked into existing calendar sync tools and came across some options involving CalDAV, but I’m not sure if Znuny supports this natively or if it necessarily requires a third-party add-on.
For now, we’re getting by by manually exporting .ics files, which is clearly unsustainable. Like, two or three times a week, someone misses an appointment because their personal calendar wasn’t up to date. Has anyone already set up something that actually works, with or without an add-on? I’d love to hear concrete feedback on what you’re using.

Re: Calendar synchronization tool that works with Znuny
Hi Mason,
Unfortunately, at the moment there is no CalDAV integration available as far as I know.
Can you describe how you think this should work?
