Hi,
overnight, some email accounts stopped working while others continue to function; I am getting the following error: the user is authenticated but not connected. Authentication uses OAuth2 with Office 365. Any ideas on how to resolve this?

Hi,
This is probably Office365 related. Ask the administrator and pass the error to him. I would start investigating expired secrets, changed permissions, etc.
