Hi, is there a way other than running a report to view closed tickets? I want my users to be able to easily search for and read older tickets that have been closed (my preference would be to do this from the dashboard).

You can run a search without running a stats report. I keep a saved search of tickets closed in the last 2 days. When you start having thousands of closed tickets, you'll probably not want them listed in the dashboard.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
