Hi,
I use otrs 2.4.7 with ldap authentication.
My question is:
Can i configure OTRS to use two ldap server in failover mode?
For exampie, if my first ldap shutdown, can OTRS connect to second ldap server?

In case backend1 runs into timeout it will take backend2 and any further.
