I have created a queue for a company and added a user as there tech, I have added a customer and obviously I screwed something up because the customer doesn't see the company queue in there to field when creating a new ticket, and the tech doesn't see the new ticket when I move it into that queue from the default raw queue
any help would be appreciated

While you can create a Queue for a company, only Agents who have that Queue in the group they belong to will know of the Queue. The Queue must be valid.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
