I'm new to OTRS and hope it does what I'm looking for! It's looks great and so far looks promising!
I was reading up on the manual and ran across the "4.3 Public web interface" section. A few questions regarding it...
1) Where do I get this module at? (URL)?
2) How do I install it while in the OTRS admin panel?
