Import / Export Configuring Items CSV

Hi all!

I definetly don't know how to work with the Import Option on the Import / Export Module.

I already exported a record I already filled out inside OTRS. I got the CSV file exported, then I try to upload the same file but with different information, and the information is never uploaded to the OTRS System. Could you please tell me if there is something better to do?

Besides this, all I want to do is Importing data from OCS-Inventory. Is there to work this Importing process better?

Take a look at the error logs.
Probably you aren´t adding some required columns in your CSV definition like: Name, Incident State and Deployment State (this ones are mandatory).
