I am using OTRS on business of the system development.

The update of the version cannot correspond at once by the convenience of the business.
As for the range of the notification mail of Escalation, it is a question.
The notification mail is being transmitted to all users who relate to Queue of the ticket now when ja::Agent::Escalation moves it by "Notification" of "AdminNotificationForm".
I want to transmit the notification mail only to the person in charge of the ticket.
Please teach how to do.
