[Solved]CI and Tickets

Dear All,

I finally found a way to link a Configuration Item to a customer. To do so I use to Owner property of the Configuration Item.
The next question for me is how I can link a new Ticket to a Configuration Item?
Any Idea? :)

Via the "Link" link in a ticket or a CI
"Production": OTRS™ 8, OTRS™ 7, STORM powered by OTRS
"Testing": ((OTRS Community Edition)) and git Master

Is this alreay possible in the customer frontend? I guess not, but never know...

No, the customer is not able to link objects
