Some modules became invisible when database is uplaoded

Hi
From OTRS 2.2.7 i took backup of the database and uploaded it into OTRS 2.4.7 . When i did this FAQ Area became invisible. I have uninstalled FAQ 1.6.5 package from Package Manager and reinstalled it .But i am unable to see this .What is the problem ? Shall any one can suggest solution about this.

Please follow the UPGRADING Guidelines for an upgrade
"Production": OTRS™ 8, OTRS™ 7, STORM powered by OTRS
"Testing": ((OTRS Community Edition)) and git Master

i have done according with the instructions only but i am not able to see the FAQ module. Can any one suggest the reason ?
