Installing 3.0.2

Hey there.
I was previously running 2.4.8 and tried upgrading to 3.0.2, which absolutely failed:

- It seeks the ZZZAAuto.pm, which isnt included in the .tar.gz
and therefore found as "not writeable".
- After creating (touch) the file it says its lacking write permissions to the OTRS Home dir.
This needs to be manually fixed.
- After this is fixed and trying to access index.pl, you find that stylesheets are not loaded. A white page with black
writing appears. Also the fields dont seem writeable, plus the submit button is disabled.

After totally failure, I tried installing 3.0.2 from scratch, just to run into the exact same problems.
Why is this version released without any hint of it not beeing stable?

Can someone assist on this?

Update: I installed 3.0.1 now with a few errors.
Still the Upgrade Procedure has flaws. Neither 2.4 -> 3.0.2 Upgrade, nor 3.0.2 installation worked.
