[SOLVED] Default Statistics Modules Missing

Post by ryanl »

After logging in an navigating to the statistics view, I now see that all the default statistics modules are no long available.
Only the module that I've created, with the wizard, is available. These files haven't been deleted, and are still in their default
locations. Nothing has changed there.

Any suggestions around how to add these modules back into the view so that I will be able to utilize them again?
Creating a new statistic view is not very difficult, just more baffled as to why they are no longer showing up, whereas a few
days ago they where there and working fine.

Don't really know if this the right answer, but it work out quite fine.

All I did was extract the OTRS file, and import the stat files back into the environment.
Simple and effective.

Just would really like to know how the hell they disappeared in the first place?

Hi,

You were mentioning about an extract the OTRS file. Can you explain more how to fix it. Because, we are facing the same issue.

Thanks,
William
